I always thank my God for you because of the grace He has given you in Christ Jesus.
Perhaps the meal rota that was meant to carry you through a hard week ran out after two dinners, and nobody from church seemed to notice. It could be a decision made in a meeting you weren't told about, or someone in the next row saying something careless and moving on. These are small things, mostly, but they can land heavily if you've given a place years of your Sundays.
