Being anxious is not the same as lacking faith. The Bible says do not be afraid more often than almost anything else, and it says it like a friend, not a referee.
This movement sits with worry that won't settle: night fears, health scares, panic in the body, fear for the people you love. It offers one true thing to hold, and it never treats getting help, from friends or from professionals, as a lack of trust.
From the devotionals
Being afraid has never made you harder for God to love.
